A New Era Begins!

Friday, 18th August 2023, marked a significant stride as we proudly introduced our transformative ESG initiatives to staff members both in Kenya and Uganda, aptly named INTENT. The remarkable event occurred at the Radisson Blu Hotel, where we gathered for an insightful breakfast session.

INTENT embodies our unwavering dedication to fostering positive impact and integrating sustainability into every facet of the business. It also encapsulates the company’s steadfast commitment to promoting positive societal impact and ensuring sustainable practices across all levels of operations.

Speaking during the breakfast event, AAR Insurance Group CEO Patrick Gatonga urged staff to be more intentional in delivering service, highlighting that it will generate currents of transformative change that resonate far beyond the organization. He further reiterated the commitment and synergy of the team will redefine Insurance and shape the blueprint of the future.
AAR Insurance Principal Officer Justine Kosgei took the stage to outline the exciting path ahead, emphasizing that ESG is central to the company’s values and future objectives. On his part, the Group Head of Human resource, Peter Gakinya acknowledged the importance of individual responsibility and teamwork as the cornerstone of organizational success. He stressed that INTENT is not just a conceptual framework but a guiding force that will propel the organization forward, united and driven by the collective desire to instigate meaningful change.

As the initiative sets sail, AAR Insurance extended a warm invitation to its dedicated partners, and stakeholders to join hands in this transformative journey. Active participation, dedication, and collaborative endeavors are anticipated to play a crucial role in shaping the vision of the company’s future.
