During the meeting, Dr. Patrick expressed his gratitude to the Commissioner and her team for creating time for the engagement. He emphasized AAR Insurance’s focus on growth through digital innovation and expansion into emerging markets, particularly in the SMEs and micro-insurance sectors.
Dr. Patrick also acknowledged that the insurance industry is undergoing and will continue to witness evolutions as a result of digital disruption, which in turn will affect how insurers engage with customers. In that regard ,he mentioned that AAR Insurance is focused on re-aligning its products and services to meet emerging consumer trends and expectations in a rapidly digitized business environment.
