AAR Insurance recently had the privilege of hosting Achieng Butler, Managing Director at the African Leadership and Dialogue Institute, career coach, and author, for an inspiring career talk. Her session encouraged reflection on leadership, purpose, and intentional career growth.

This was followed by our 2026 strategy cascade, led by GCEO & Principal Officer Justine Kosgei, who shared the company’s strategic priorities and vision for the year ahead, highlighting our collective goals to deliver greater value and impact.

As we approach International Women’s Day 2026, we also celebrated the incredible women across our organization whose leadership, dedication, and contributions continue to shape AAR’s journey.
